1. What this site does not do

This website is static. The Name and Email fields on our pages are not saved on our servers. Submitting them only opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose to send. We do not run user accounts, cookies for advertising, or a customer database on this site.

2. What we collect when you order

If you place or discuss an order (WhatsApp, phone, email, or Google Form), we process only what is needed to quote, print, invoice, and deliver:

  • Name, phone, email, and shipping address
  • Design files and notes you share
  • Payment references and GST invoice details if required
  • Courier tracking identifiers

Retention: we keep this information only until the order is fulfilled (print completed, paid, and delivered or reasonably attempted). We then delete files and personal details from our working devices and chats, except where Indian law requires us to retain invoices or tax records. Tax records, if any, will contain the minimum needed for statutory compliance and are not used for marketing.

3. Purpose and legal basis (DPDP)

We process personal data for the specified purpose of providing 3D printing and delivery services you request, and for related payment and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use order data for unrelated profiling or advertising.

4. Third parties

Messages and files you send via WhatsApp are processed by Meta/WhatsApp under their policies. Google Forms, if used, are processed by Google. Couriers process address and phone numbers to deliver parcels. If Google Analytics is later enabled (Measurement ID in our config), Google may set cookies and collect usage data — we will only turn this on with a real Analytics ID and will treat that as additional processing disclosed here. Until then, Analytics is disabled.

5. Security

We use reasonable organisational measures: limited access on the brothers’ devices, no public file dump on this website, and deletion after fulfilment. No method of transmission over WhatsApp or email is perfectly secure; share files you are comfortable transmitting.

6. Children

We do not knowingly take orders that require a child’s personal data without a parent or guardian as the contracting customer. Personalized gifts ordered by an adult may depict a child if the adult customer provides that content.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we still hold, and you may withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent, subject to legal retention duties. To exercise rights, contact us on WhatsApp +91 87009 58986 or the grievance officer below. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India when that mechanism is available to you.

8. Grievance officer

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 72 hours and resolve them as required by law.

9. Changes

If our practices change (for example storing data longer, or enabling Analytics), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
