3D printing FAQ

How do I send my 3D file?

WhatsApp or email. STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP are all fine. If you only have a sketch or photo, send that — we will tell you what we can print from it.

Why is there no price list?

Print time, material, infill, supports, and finish change the cost. We quote from your requirements so you are not paying for a generic package that does not fit.

What are typical timelines?

Small: 3–5 days. Medium: 5–7 days. Large: 7–15 days. Courier across India is extra after the print is packed.

Which materials do you use?

PLA and PETG. PLA suits gifts and display models. PETG suits parts that will be handled more. We recommend one when we quote.

Do you ship outside Dehradun?

Yes. We are based in Dehradun and deliver PAN India.

Can you print a personalized gift without a 3D file?

Often yes — from a clear photo, dimensions, and a description. Complex likenesses may need a model. We will be honest if something will not print well.

Do you store my files and personal data?

This website does not store form submissions. For orders, we keep only what we need until the job is fulfilled, then we delete it. See our Privacy Policy.

What if the print arrives damaged?

Write to us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Custom prints are not returnable for a change of mind; we reprint or make good genuine defects. Details are in Shipping & Returns.

Do you print anything?

No. We refuse weapons, unlawful copies of someone else’s design, and content we believe is illegal or harmful. Your original work stays yours.
